Warranty
Burgess Custom offers a one year limited warranty on all products. This warranty covers material and manufacturer defects for up to one year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of products. Burgess Custom will repair or replace the defective product. Contact us for a return authorization code and the shipping address. The customer will be required to pay for shipping the defective product back to Burgess Custom. We will pay the return freight for the repaired or replaced product.
Returns
Burgess Custom will only accept returns for defective products. We are not responsible for replacing products that were ordered in the incorrect size or color. Please be sure to review all sizing and color charts before ordering! If you do not fall into an exact size category based on the sizing charts, please place an order for a custom fit.
Repairs
Burgess Custom offers product repairs at a reasonable charge. Contact us for the shipping address and a price estimate. Repairs take approximately 2-3 weeks.
